If you’re not completely satisfied with your pizza, simply let us know why, and we’ll send you a replacement pizza, absolutely free.
How to Claim:
In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your pizza, here’s how to get a replacement:
- Keep your receipt handy to reference your order.
- Call our store directly.
- Paesinos will deliver a replacement pizza of equal or lesser value at no charge, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Terms and Conditions
At Paesinos, we’re passionate about using only the finest ingredients and preparing pizzas to the highest standards. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your pizza, we’ll replace it free of charge, following these terms and conditions:
The Quality Guarantee applies only to pizzas ordered directly from our store that do not meet satisfactory quality. Examples of unsatisfactory quality include:
- Incorrect temperature (e.g., cold pizza)
- Under-cooked or over-cooked pizza
- Insufficient toppings
- Incorrect pizza or toppings
- Damaged pizza
The Quality Guarantee does not cover delivery times, sides, drinks, or desserts.
How to Claim the Quality Guarantee:
- You must call the store directly to claim the guarantee.
- Claims must be made on the same day as the original order, within 30 minutes of delivery or pick-up.
- No more than two slices of the original pizza should have been eaten, and you will need to provide a valid proof of purchase if requested.
- For delivery orders, the replacement pizza will be delivered to the same address as the original order, either on the same day or the following day, depending on our operating hours.
- For carry-out orders, you must claim the guarantee in person by bringing the original pizza to the store where it was ordered.
- We reserve the right to collect the original pizza at the time the replacement is delivered.
Important Notes:
- As long as you follow these terms and conditions, Paesinos will replace your unsatisfactory pizza with one of equal or lesser value, free of charge, subject to our operating hours.
- There is no cash alternative or refund available.
- This offer is subject to availability and is non-transferable.
- Paesinos reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw this offer at any time.
